Fat removed, not shrunk
Your surgeon makes small incisions and uses laser liposuction with a thin tube called a cannula to remove excess fat from the upper arms. That reshapes the arm from the elbow to the underarm, removing the fat that diet and exercise haven’t moved.
Skin tightened in the same session
Once the fat is out, Renuvion J-Plasma tightens the skin at the same time. Liposuction reduces volume; Renuvion helps the skin contract over the new contour, which is why the result looks more defined. Individual results may vary.

Arm liposuction recovery: one to two weeks

The first days
Follow your surgeon’s instructions for wound care, use cold compresses to reduce swelling, and wear your compression garment to aid healing.
Weeks 1 to 2
The main recovery window. Avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting so the area heals properly. Your surgeon tells you when it is safe to exercise again.
The first few weeks
Swelling, bruising, and mild discomfort are normal and fade steadily. Compression garments help reduce swelling and support healing.

How is arm liposuction performed?
Your surgeon makes small incisions in the targeted areas of the arms and inserts a thin tube called a cannula. Using laser liposuction, the cannula suctions out unwanted fat cells, reshaping and contouring the arms. With ArmSculpt™ Signature and Premier, Renuvion skin tightening is then used in the same procedure.
Who is a good candidate for arm lipo?
Arm liposuction is a good option if you have upper arm fat that is resistant to diet and exercise. If there is extra, loose skin present, an arm lift may be a better option. Your surgeon assesses your fat, skin, and goals at your consultation and recommends the approach that fits.
Arm liposuction or an arm lift: which do I need?
