Monika Imsirovic - Patient Care Coordinator
Patient Care Coordinator Staff to Dr. Anh-Tuan Truong & Dr. Francine L. Vagotis
Monika was our very first employee at Chicago Breast and Body Aesthetics. As the lead patient coordinator staff for Dr. Truong, she serves as the primary liaison to their patients throughout their entire transformation journey.
Monika holds a B.A. in Pre-Medicine from Loyola University of Chicago. Her previous experience as an aesthetic coordinator at a dermatology practice has taught her early-on the importance of skin health. She has a unique outlook and an in-depth understanding of the nuances of cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics that she shares with each patient at Chicago Breast and Aesthetics to comfort any anxieties.
As a dedicated professional, Monika takes great pride in making each patient feel comfortable and confident; handling everything from the initial consultation, to surgery, and post surgery care. She makes every effort to make your experience personally customized, efficient and professional.
Monika is licensed in medical aesthetics in the State of Illinois and certified by Cynosure to perform numerous laser treatments.

Carol A. Donohue, RN, BSN
Master Nurse Injector Staff
Carol has over 34 years of nursing experience. Her interest in facial rejuvenation led her to focus in the field of Cosmetics/Aesthetics. With over 19 years of experience in Aesthetics and her knowledge of products, Carol is an excellent injector and a leader in her field.
Carol received her Nursing degree from Truman College in 1985, then received her Bachelor of Science from College of St. Francis in Joliet in 1992. She trained under Oculo-Facial Plastic Surgeon David Turok and has worked with Plastic Surgeons David Ross, Peter Geldner, Gregory Turowski, Ric Izquierdo and Richard Kopolovic. Carol has completed continuing education and advanced injection training for facial aesthetic products: Sculptra, neuromodulators, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse and Juvederm She also has had much success with the use of neuromodulators for Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
Carol has been a trainer for Baltech Medical Corporation. She has trained both Physicians and Nurses in neuromodulators and filler injection techniques. She has also trained for Lumenis on the use of Lasers and IPL for hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
Carol is currently a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and The Illinois Medspa Association.
Jenny Ennis, R.N.
Patient Care Coordinator Staff to Dr. Kevin Lin
Jenny Ennis is a Registered Nurse and received her Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University in 2016, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Resurrection University in 2018. She started her nursing career at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women's hospital as a labor and delivery nurse, where she worked for about three and a half years.
Jenny joined Chicago Breast & Body in 2021 as a patient care coordinator for top plastic surgeon Dr. Pey-Yi Kevin Lin. Here, she works alongside Dr. Lin to provide patients with personalized attention and patient care throughout their entire transformation journey.

Lauren Harrod, R.N.
Pre-op / Post-op Surgical Nurse Staff to Dr. Truong
Lauren started her career in obstetrics as a postpartum/antepartum RN. She graduated from University of Nebraska Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and continued her education at Marquette University where she received a Masters of Science in Nursing.
Lauren's favorite part about working at Chicago Breast and Body Aesthetics is helping her patients achieve their health and beauty goals.
Alison Falada
Master Esthetician & Laser Specialist Staff
After spending more than the last 20 years in the aesthetics industry, Alison has solidified herself as one of the top treatment specialists and estheticians in the Chicagoland area. Along with one of the most impeccable bedside manners one could possibly provide, Alison’s aesthetic and product knowledge are legendary.
Everyone that has the opportunity to be treated by Alison tends to transition to a permanent or lifelong client. She has patients dating back almost 20 years and some that travel from as far as the east coast to seek treatment. She has truly changed the lives of many.
When she is not changing the aesthetic lives of others, Alison is an avid gym enthusiast or “fitness nut” if you will. She is a student of organic nutrition and practices, trying to better herself, balance life, and learn more to help her loved ones and clients.
When she is not working with others or following her passion for fitness, you can find Alison taking long walks and spending time with her Giant Schnoodle Gus and her husband Anthony.
