What is a revision BBL?
A “revision BBL” is a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure involves correcting or revising a previous BBL that did not produce satisfactory results.
A Brazilian Butt Lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure that involves liposuction of fat from other areas of the body and transferring the fat to the buttocks and hips in order to enhance their shape, size and projection. Revision BBLs are typically performed on patients who have undergone a previous BBL, but are unhappy with their results.
During a revision BBL, your plastic surgeon may remove some of the existing fat from the buttocks, redistribute it to create a more desirable shape, and add additional fat if necessary. The goal is to improve the overall contour and appearance of the buttocks, while addressing any issues or irregularities from the previous surgery.
