This patient presented with moderate gynecomastia which did not improve with chest excercises. Dr. Truong performed chest sculpting with Smart Lipo followed by direct excision of breast tissue.  The patient is seen here one month post-op.  The result is a chiseled, masculine chest with no nipple protrusion.
