Below are several resources to help you plan your visit to Chicago River North office and get started on your cosmetic surgery journey!

Consultation Fees & Appointment Policy

A valid credit card is required in order to reserve your appointment time and a $50 hold fee will be placed on your credit card. You will not be charged until you arrive for your appointment.  Chicago Breast & Body Aesthetics charges a $150 non-refundable consultation fee for surgical consultations and a $50 non-refundable consultation fee for aesthetic consultations. These consultation fees may be applied towards your service with us.

The consultation fee will be waived for any NEW patients who sign up on our website with a valid email address. Multiple email addresses for the same patient are not eligible. To take advantage of this offer, please fill out our New Patient contact form.

Late Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. You may cancel your appointment 2 business days before your scheduled appointment in order to allow other patients on the waiting list to take your spot. Any surgical consultations that are cancelled two times will be charged $150 consultation fee for the third reschedule.  If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a non-refundable late cancellation/no-show fee of $100 to your credit card on file.

Late Cancellations For Scheduled Treatments

You may cancel your appointment 2 business days before your scheduled treatment in order to allow other patients on the waiting list to take your spot. A non-refundable $100 fee will be charged for missed appointments not canceled at least two business days before your scheduled appointment. These charges will be your responsibility and will be billed directly to your credit card on file. After two consecutive late cancellations or missed appointments, the scheduled treatment will be considered rendered, and no refund will be provided.

Saturday Appointment Policy

Saturday appointments are limited and require a valid credit card to book – NO EXCEPTIONS. A $50 fee non-refundable fee will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The $50 charge may be applied towards your service or treatment. If your appointment is not cancelled prior to your scheduled appointment time, the $50 Late Cancellation/No Show fee will apply and your credit card will be charged.

Travel & Accommodations For Out of Town Guests

We can provide discounted accommodation at the nearby Dana Hotel. Please contact us directly for booking information. Also, we are happy to arrange private car service with Chicago Private Cars.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept cash, money orders, certified checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as CareCredit, Alphaeon, and Affirm. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 2.5% processing fee. A valid form of ID associated with the card and a physical signature are required for any service.

 

Insurance

We do not accept or work directly with insurance companies for any of our services. Our office staff and providers do not submit claims, complete paperwork, or communicate with insurance companies for reimbursement, either before or after your procedure. You may request a copy of your medical records from our office. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and submit any claims.

Financing Options

We offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. If you purchase a package or series of treatments, they must be completed within one (1) year of the purchase date. If any treatments from a purchased series remain unused after one (1) year, those services will be considered rendered, even if the full series has not been completed, and no refund will be provided. All sales of merchandise or products are final.

Refund Policy
