This patient 400 had very large earlobe gauges that he wished to close.  Dr. Truong perfomed his specially-designed earlobe repair procedure in which the gauge holes are completely removed, and the earlobe reconstructed and re-attached for a natural appearance.  Once healed, there will be no evidence of the prior gauges.  The patient is 3 month post-op.
