About This Case
After more than one pregnancy and weight loss, this 41-year-old patient had loose skin across her abdomen. She also had rectus diastasis, where the abdominal muscles have pulled apart down the middle. And she wanted fuller hips. Dr. Anh-Tuan Truong combined a tummy tuck, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and a Brazilian Butt Lift, which moves her own fat to the hips and buttocks to add shape.
