About This Case

This 20-year-old patient said her breasts felt too large and heavy. She had constant pain in her breasts, neck, back and shoulders. Dr. Kevin Lin performed a breast reduction with the superior-medial pedicle technique. She also chose GalaShape 3D mesh as an internal bra. The goal was to help guard against bottoming out after the reduction, when the breast settles too low.
