Extremely professional and better results than we ever thought possible! After a few bad experiences with surgeons, we ran across Dr. T’s YouTube’s. The fact he was posting his procedures and results online showed such a level of confidence. We decided to get consultations and felt so comfortable we scheduled that day. Every step of the way was extremely professional. Monica coached us though scheduling. Nikki did pre-op. Both very accommodating and friendly. But nothing could compare to seeing life changing results! Dr T was honest about expectations during consultation, and really over delivered. Today was my FIRST ever virtual consultation and I must say it was the such pleasant experience to have. Monika was so informative and kind answering any questions or concerns that I may have. After our call ended I was overwhelmed with happiness because the time is near. I wanted to have some work done with Dr. Truong but unfortunately I have to put that on hold until my credit is strong enough to qualify for care credit. I do want to talk about my experience with Monika during our virtual consultation. Monika is the patient coordinator and she literally has the sweetest and most beautiful spirit!  She made me extremely comfortable and listened to my needs. I felt safe and I have confidence that if you’re wanting to have surgery at Chicago Breast and Body Aesthetics, you’ll definitely be in good hands! Because she made me so comfortable, I will be reaching out again in a few months to hopefully get things going with my procedure!

I have been searching for the best option, and glad I chose them. I definitely have to thank Monika. She was prepared, professional and prompt in communicating. Where she shines in professionalism, it is equally met with empathy. I truly felt comfortable because of her approach, and she explained the process in detail to calm any worries I had. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions and she took the time to answer all my questions. She spent over a hour with me! Monika is amazing and really made my experience a great one.

But to my surprise, the virtual consult was AMAZING!!!!

So I had to initially do a virtual consultation because of covid-19 and I can’t lie, I was apprehensive. I’m like, how can you accurately see me, accurately quote me my price and be as thorough you know. But to my surprise, the virtual consult was AMAZING!!!!  My patient coordinator was Monika and she was my main point of contact. She called me, explained how the virtual consult would go, answered all my questions thoroughly and then we did a Zoom meeting so I got to see her face and then connected with my physician. Once the physician got on the call, (I had Dr. Kevin Lin) we did the consult as if it was in person. I had on my two piece bikini so my tummy was fully visible, (I had lipo 360), I did a slow 360 turn so he could analyze and see my midsection from all angles, I even grabbed my fat to show what I wanted to get rid of lol. After that, the physician told me what would be best for me for my skin type and goals then he hung up and I continued talking with Monika. Monika then gave me my price, told me how to prepare for upcoming surgery and stayed an open point of contact. And FYI, you do get to meet the physician before the surgery. The virtual consult is just a way to get you seen and answer any questions so you can get a head start on getting your surgery done. I couldn’t be happier with my consult, meeting the physician and getting ready for my surgery procedure. I look amazing and would do it all over again.

Just had my breast augmentation and lift done on May 25th! The whole staff is so kind and wonderful.

They all personally kept in touch with me and were so knowledgeable of everything. I felt so comfortable and I know I would recommend them to anyone and use this office in the future. I had such a positive experience and it will be worth your while. Monika and Nikki in particular were so amazing! These lovely ladies will make sure you are in good hands! I was so anxious and nervous and she was answered all of my emails and phone calls and reassured me every step of the way! The day of my surgery, Nikki was so upbeat and excited for me! She helped prep me emotionally LOL. The anesthesiologist, Karen WOW! She explained what was doing step by step and just put me at ease! I highly recommend Dr. T and his staff to everyone! Dr. Truong and staff are absolutely amazing.. after 3 different consultations with other doctors that never made me feel comfortable or wanting to go through a tummy tuck i decided to give one more chance to another office after all the bad experiences i had prior Chicago breast and body aesthetics.. from the moment i walked in i felt like this will be it.. the office is beautiful and clean and everyone make you feel at easy…now im one week post-op and keep crying happy tears every time i look at the mirror. Dr. Truong did an amazing job helping me feel and look like prior my 4 pregnancies.. Jessica Taylor has been absolutely amazing to me specially with all the texting i had done with all my concerns and always responding making me feel at easy with all the process from before and after…nikki the nurse and karen the anesthesiologists were amazing making me feel comfortable and at easy.. During the consult, everything was answered and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into anything. What convinced me was not only the doc but the AMAZING nurse Jessica, she was so knowledgeable and knew all the answers to my questions. She responded very quickly to emails as well as texts. I am 6 days post BBL and i could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend for all your body needs. I would love to give 10 stars but I cant!!!!

I came to Dr. Truong over a year ago and he was one of many breast augmentation consultations I’ve had. Upon making an appointment in the Chicago location I was greeted by Monika the office manager. The office is super clean, modern, easy to find, and the overall staff incredibly friendly. This was already a plus in my book.
Dr. Truong and Monika both took their time with me during my consultation; knowing how nervous I was to consider such a procedure for the first time. I came in knowing nothing about breast augmentation and what I would need, however the Dr. Truong guided me into the beat fit and answered all my questions. I’ve never felt so confident in a procedure before, and I couldn’t wait to get scheduled.
Even after signing documentation and putting a deposit down, I got the butterflies about having a Breast lift and implants done. I called the office again and was more than excited to learn that Dr. Truong was more than happy to see me for another consult before the surgery just so my mind is at ease. No other doctor would do this for me! Immediately I’ve felt 110 times better.

I had a great deal of confidence in Dr. T to successfully handle my bilateral earlobe repair. Dr. T is triple board certified so I knew I was in good hands.
