This patient had very large earlobe guages that he wished to close due to "blow-out".   Dr. Truong perfomed his specially-designed earlobe repair procedure in which the guage holes are completely removed, and the earlobe reconstructed and re-attached for a natural appearance.  Once healed, there will be no evidence of the prior guages.  The patient is 3 month post-op.
