This is a 34-year-old female who presents in consultation for liposuction of abdomen, flanks, back and concerned for lack of gluteal projection. Patients greatest concern was her hip dips and wished for these to be filled in first; then would want restoration of her buttock volume and to improve contours, both for projection and hip width.
