This patient presented with breast atrophy following breast feeding and requested restoration of breast fullness.  Dr. Truong performed bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants.  Note the patient has mild asymmetry with her right nipple being slightly lower than her left pre-operatively.  Although more severe asymmetries can be corrected with unilateral mastopexy, mild asymmtries are usually acceptable and can be made less noticable after simple augmentation.
