This patient presented with moderate to severe gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed Smart Lipo on the chest with direct excision of breast tissue.  The result is a natural reduction of his gynecomastia and an appropriately masculine chest contour that fits his body habitus.  The patient is seen here 3 months post op.
