Gynecomastia

Case #: 41

This patient presented with moderate idopathic gynecomastia since puberty.  Dr. Truong performed chest sculpting with Smart Lipo followed by direct excision of breast tissue.  The patient is seen here 2 weeks post op.  Notice how the areolas have naturally shrunken in diameter.  The result is a more masculine, sculpted chest.
