This patient had 6 treatments done previously with an older Q-switched laser which resulted in scarring and incomplete resolution of her tattoo.  She was subsequently treated by us using a combination of Icon 1540 laser to soften the scar tissue, followed by Picosure Laser tattoo removal with complete clearance of her ink!
