This patient presented following an unsuccessful "tummy tuck" that was performed in Vietnam.  Apparently, the previous surgeon only performed a partial abdominoplasty in which only some excess skin was removed.  Despite the long, high-riding, unsightly scar, there was minimal improvement of the abdominal shape and contour.  
Dr. Truong performed a revision converting to a full traditional abdominoplasty in which he repaired the abdominal muscles, as well as removing additional excess skin and fat, and reconstructed the belly button.  Note that the scar was only slightly lengthened, but the final result is a proper reconstruction of her body shape.  The patient is 4 months post-op.
