Case #: 177 – Before And After Gallery

This patient had moderate gynecomastia with enlarged nipples since puberty.  He is very fit and wanted a more masculine look to the nipple area.  Dr. Truong performed his signature gynecomastia procedure using SmartLipo of the chest with skin tightening and direct gland excision to remove the breast tissue.  Note the automatic shrinkage of the nipples once the breast tissue is removed.  No nipple reduction was necessary.  The patient is seen here only 1 week post-op.
