This patient had an unwanted old tattoo which he attempted cover-up with a larger black tattoo.  After being unhappy with the cover-up, he requested complete removal of the cover-up as well as the underlying tattoo.    He is seen here after only SIX treatments with our Picosure tattoo removal laser.
