Case #: 97 – Before And After Gallery

This patient presented with mild idiopathic gynecomastia.  Although he is very fit, he was bothered by the nipple protrusion which was visible through clothing.  Dr. Truong performed his signature gynecomastia procedure with Smart Lipo of the chest follwed by direct excision of the breast glands.  The patient is seen here one month posto-op.
