Case #: 59 – Before And After Gallery

This patient presented with request for fuller breasts.  After options discussed, Dr. Truong recommended bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants.  The inframmamary folds were lowered to accept enlarge the deficient lower pole.  The patient is seen here 6 months post-op with a very natural-looking result.
