This patient presented with moderate idiopathic gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed SmartLipo sculpting of the chest followed by direct excision of the breast glands.  The patient also underwent SmartLipo sculpting of his abdomen and flanks.  Note the natural shrinking of the areolas and the overall more masculine, sculpted physique.  The patient is seen here 3 months post op.
