This patient presented with severe ptosis, atrophy, and asymmetry of the breasts following multiple pregnancies and breast feeding.  Dr. Truong performed an augmentation mastopexy (breast lift with implant placement) and correction of her asymmetry.  The patient is seen here 3 months post op.  She also underwent a full Tummy Tuck for completion of her Mommy Makeover.
