This patient presented with moderate ptosis and deflation of her breasts following multiple pregnancies and breast-feeding.  Dr. Truong performed an augmentation mastopexy  (breast-lift with implant placement).  The patient also underwent a full tummy tuck as part of her mommy makeover.
