This athletic patient had very minimal gynecomastia but wanted to improve the lower contour of his chest, which he could not improve with excercise.  Dr. Truong performed Smart Lipo of the lower chest area followed by direct excision of the breast glands.  The result is subtle, but the patient is very happy that the nipple and areolas are now tucked below the pectoralis contour giving a more chiseled look.  The patient is seen here one month post op.
