Case #: 44 – Before And After Gallery

This athletic patient had minimal gynecomastia but was unhappy with his mild nipple protrusion which did not improve with chest excercises.  Dr. Truong performed Smart Lipo to sculpt the lower chest area as well as abdominal area followed by with direct excision of the breast glands.  The result is subtle, but the patient is very happy that there is no nipple protrusion at all when he flexes his pectoralis muscles.  Also note the natural shrinking of the areola after the procedure.  The patient is seen here 3 months post op.
