This patient presented with breast ptosis and abdominal laxity with excess skin post pregnancy. She requested smaller breasts and to correct her abominal area. She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which consisted of a breast reduction/lift, with implants, followed by a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
