Breast Augmentation Revision

Case #: 32612

This patient had severe Baker grade IV capsular contracture of both of her implants.

The patient had silicone implants placed 35 years previously and gradually developed worsening tightness and pain.

We suspected intracapsular rupture, therefore we performed  implant removal with total en bloc capsulectomies and replacement of her implants which were moved to sub-muscular plane due to thinning of the tissues.
