This patient presented with severe gynecomastia.  He was fully medically evaluated and diagnosed with idiopathic gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed a double-incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts to create a flatter, more masculine chest contour.  The patient is seen here 6 months post op with 100% survival of his nipple grafts.
