This patient presented requesting improvement of her “heavy” upper eyelids.  Dr. Truong performed an Asian Upper Blepharoplasty in which a double-eyelid crease was accentuated, in addition to fat removal from the upper-outer eyelid to create a less heavy, yet still natural and distinctively Asian eyelid appearance.  The patient is 3 months post-op.
