Mons Pubis Reduction

This patient presented with a very protuberant mons pubis, with non-visualization of the vaginal cleft.  Dr. Truong and Dr. Kafali performed a mons-plasty which included liposuction followed by a mons-lift procedure.  The patient is seen here only one week post op with continued improvement expected once swelling subsides.
