Gynecomastia

Case #: 209

This patient was unhappy with his protruding nipples.  After evaluation he was deemed to have idiopathic gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed his signature gynecomastia procedure using SmartLipo chest sculpting, plus laser skin tightening, as well as direct gland excision.  The patient is only 1 month post op.  Notice a resolution of the nipple projection and a more masculine chest contour.
