This patient presented with request for fuller, better-shaped breasts.  She also had a significant amount of scoliosis which had to be accounted for.  Dr. Truong performed breast augmentation with silicone gel implants placed beneath the muscle.  The patient is seen here 6 months post op.  Note that scoliosis can cause a significant amount of asymmetry in the chest wall which often has to be taken into account when doing breast augmentation.
