This patient presented with a protuberant abdomen with significant abdominal muscle laxity, excess adipose tissue, and stretch marks follwing multiple pregnancies.  Dr. Truong performed a full Tummy Tuck with rectus muscle repair and removal of excess skin and fatty tissue.  The patient is seen here 3 months post op.
