This patient presented with post-partum changes including breast atrophy (deflation of the breasts), abdominal skin and muscle laxity (looseness), and significant straie (stretch marks).  Dr. Truong performed a “Mommy Makeover” surgery which included a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and breast augmentation with Mentor Memory Gel implants placed beneath the muscle.  The patient is seen here only 3 months post-op with very dramatic results.
