Case #: 149 – Before And After Gallery

This patient presented with severe gynecomastia (enlargement of male breasts.)  Dr. Truong performed gynecomastia reduction surgery using Smart Lipo laser lipolysis of the chest followed by subcutaneous mastectomy through a nipple incision.  The patient is seen here only 3 months post-op with excellent result.  Due to the significant skin retraction from the Smart Lipo, he will not need any additional skin excision.
