31 year old male with moderate to severe male gynecomastia.  After pt. underwent full work-up was diagnosed with idiopathic gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed Smart Lipo chest sculpting, followed by direct excision of a significant amount of breast tissue.  The patient is shown here 2 months post-op.  Notice the areolas have also naturally shrunken in diameter.  There is mild bruising, but result is a more sculpted, masculine chest contour.
