This patient presented with moderate gynecomastia since puberty.  Dr. Truong performed dual approach with Smart Lipo to remove excess fat and sculpt the chest followed by direct excision of the breast tissue through a tiny nipple incision.  The patient is seen here at 2 weeks post op.
