Gynecomastia

This fit patient presented with gynecomastia since his early teens.  After evaluation, he was diagnosed with idiopathic gynecomastia.  Dr. Truong performed Smart Lipo of the chest, follwed by a direct excision of the breast glands.  The patient is seen here 2 weeks post-op.
