This patient presented with dissatisfaction over her previous breast augmentation which was performed through the axilla (underarm) using very small saline implants. She requested fuller breasts with more “cleavage”. Dr. performed a Breast Revision by removing the old implants, performing a capsulectormy and creating a new pocket. Finally, more appropriately-sized Memory Gel implants were placed. The patient is seen here 6 months post op much more satisfied with her result.
